Humans were always thought to be the smartest things on Earth. That they could do anything. Could build anything, and harness any power they wanted.

They were wrong.

Years and years into another century, another two-thousand, perhaps even three-thousand years, the humans have killed themselves to extinction. Why? Pollution, disease – Etc. But now all there is left is the ocean and land – But under the ocean, the greatest animal rules all.

The dolphin. Yes, the dolphin. Intellect and cleverness resides in all of them – They even name themselves at birth. Now that there is nothing else, only the ocean and the land, a new weapon has been unleashed onto the world – And this time, it isn’t pollution or fishing nets. No, it be another alliance, another balance that has cast itself down on Earth. But it’s not as great as it seems.

This great force has filled the minds of the cleverest of dolphins, twisting their mind into believing that they should have the power of Earth. That even the closest friends will be a traitor or enemy. The force fills their mind’s of hatred, jealousy, and darkness – And causes alliances, even armies, to form.

But some have managed to escape this evil force that is turning the world upside down. On some, marks are bared onto their skin, acting like birth marks or such. But, that’s just it – They were born with them. Those that have not turned over to the darkness have been scouted about by these marked dolphins – They speak of justice, greatness, loyalty; and they have made an alliance of their own.

The leader of the darks, Vermiglio, is another story. He was once a leader of the Lights – But the force had, slowly, taken him to the darkness of his soul. And so it was – He was a traitor, murderer, and tyrant. But, once being a light, he bore the special birth-mark – A shape like a fang, sliding down his front left flipper. But the story is that he’s planning the largest catastrophe since the day the force actually came. And not even the cleverest and wisest of lights can figure it out.

Battles have begun, lives have been taken, and friends take sides and battle against each other for either the peace of the ocean, or destruction and chaos. Now, it’s your time to choose – Give up your soul to darkness, or follow the path of light. It’s your turn to fight.
